"Itsyourturn.com" You can play games against people all over the world. Chess, checkers, Connect 4, Battleships, Pente etc. etc. It's free as long as you don't play more than 20 games at a time. I play against 3-4 people and some 5-6 games. It's really fun and you can leave messages to the people you play against - could even be a family member on the other side of the country.
