Hello ,every body I just wanted to drop by and say hi , I am from toronto, Ont. Where things for me have been moving very fast! Almost scared at how fast, but it is better than being slow.... How have your experiences been those far?

My experience has been great. I'm four months out from VGS and I've lost 83lbs.

Best decision I've made for myself.
