Whatcha eating today?


hello kay--
b: cup of milk (skim)
l: 3 oz. of cream of chicken soup
s: 1 oz. kraft string cheese
d: cheese and ham and sausage off of pizza
s: 40 grams of blue raspberry isopure protein drink
all my vitamins...and lots of water in between......
i didnt get to exercise but i promise i wll tomorrow.....
