hi all,started at 400 -wt at surgery 368- lowest wt 98 -,.wt as of today 140 ...goal wt 138 ..wouls like to see 2 pounds off ..lol.. but have been around 145 -140 for 4 mo's ...

was 400+ june 15th,06,..now 145-150 as of may15th,09 ...

I was at 157.6 yesterday but after a night of eating "just because" I am at 159.2 this AM...I think it will all come right back off as I snacked late (still within my calorie range).

I am new to this mini chanllege, but it helps when ppl have had the same procedure as you. when i set goal with my family. They believe I am going to win due to the surgery.
