I love this snack food:

1 small box SF jell-o - any flavor
1 small box SF white chocolate pudding
1/2 (or 4oz) of SF cool whip

Make the jell-o as directed on the box.  Add the pudding and stir with a whisk to make sure it's well blended.  Set on counter and let cool for 15-20 minutes.  No less than 15.  Add the cool whip and stir with a whis****il smooth.  Pour into containers and put in fridge for at least an hour.  MMMMMM just like mousse.

To make it a dessert for people without WLS, add fruit before putting in fridge.  I like mandarin oranges in orange jello, or strawberries in strawberry or another flavor jello.

I agree, measure yourself during stalls and see that there are still changes.  It's still discouraging, but that does help a little bit.

I still have trouble with poultry, bread, pasta, and things like that.  Higher carb food items tend to make me dump.  But I found out I can eat sugar in small quantities, which I regret finding out.

I try to avoid sliders, but every now and then I'll allow myself a treat.

Hey Lea!

I'm down 1lb, finally! So I'm sitting at 148 and my Halloween goal is 145. I don't think that I'll make my goal by Halloween :o/

My goal for New Year's is -13lbs, putting me at 135lbs. Which is my Dr's goal for my final weight. So this last challenge is a big deal! I really want to make this goal! But I'll update my New Year's goal on Halloween it might be +/- a few pounds.

I do best in general when I have a routine but currently my eating is not scheduled. I know what I'm going to eat but not when. I'm not a person who gets burnt out on my diet. I have the same thing for breakfast, lunch and snack everyday. Dinner however is with the family and some version of what they are eating.

I'm more than two years out, but my weekday routine has changed very little...   weekends are a whole different story!

Every weekday, I drink a bottle of water on the way to work, then once there, drink two cups (or glasses) of decaf coffee (or iced) with SF Vanilla creamer.  Then I make breakfast.  After 1-1/2 hours or so, I drink about 32 oz of SF fruit punch or grape drink, then I warm up lunch.  About 1-1/2 hours later, I drink another 32 oz of SF "kool-aid", then before I leave work, I usually snack on nuts or something similar.  On the way home from work, I drink another bottle of water, usually flavored with SF drink mix, and when I get home, I make dinner.  A couple of hours later, I'll drink a bottle of water, then I usually have a snack - banana and peanut butter is my favorite.

Weekends are very unstructured, by comparison.  I try to drink as often as I think about it, but rarely do I keep track of how much or how often I drink.  Many times, I don't eat breakfast at all, and by the time lunch rolls around, I'm getting pretty hungry...   I wish I could carry my routine over, but I've just fallen into this "non-routine" on weekends.

GAVE UP ON HIM.  He will not motivate, so I can't afford for him to hinder me.  I will see if I can get him to commit to the next one.  I actually think he is at 216.  :o(

I don't have any special recipes - I just put together whatever sounds good...  lately, I've been doing a "no pasta lasagna" - I just warm up marinara sauce, shredded cheese, and pepperoni, then after it's warm and melty, I add a spoonful of cottage cheese...   it solves my craving for italian food, and there's nothing horrible in it...
