Let's talk about stalls.  While I know there are no magic words to utter that makes them go away, what are your tips for keeping your chin up during these rough patches?

I don't have any advice to give, but to keep on keepin' on.  LOL  Stay on that wagon, and wait it out.

Not much for advice, is it?

I don't think there's anything that I can't tolerate now.  I'm not sure what is on the "list" of slider foods exactly.  I eat a Greek yogurt everyday mid-morning, if that's one.  I don't really miss the bad stuff (unless it's put in front of me).

New Year's Goal - 240

Still not sure I'll make 260 maybe need to change my goal to 270?  I seem to be losing 0.5#/day (when I lose).  Oh well....I'll keep it 260 for now as a challenge to get moving !!  I've set my New Year's Goal for 240#.  Again...motivation to move !!

Well Aunt Flo is visiting so I am still at 208. Starting for Halloween was 224. Last week was at 208 also...goal...205 i still have 2 weeks. Keep your fingers crossed.

Hi Lea!  I've been down w/vertigo for 2 weeks so no exercise for me until today!  Finally! 
I have lost another pound so I am now at 232.  My goal was 220.  Clearly I am not going to make that.  I will revise my goal to be 230 for Halloween and 220for new years.  I seem to be losing about a pound a week pretty steadily the last 2 months.
