Lea,
This week just maintaing - still 179.  The scle showed one day 178, but then it went back to 179. 
Met my 180 lbs goal, but still hope will meat my new goal 175. 

current: 179 
last week loss: 0
(but keeping below 180)

I try to bring the things that I can't live without, like my protein shakes, yogurt, a fruit, PB2, etc.  If that's not practical, then I just make the best choices I can from what I have to choose from.

I'm about 13 months out.  I count calories, fat and protein.  I eat about 1400 calories a day, about 90 grams of protein and 25% or less of fat, with less than 10% coming from saturated fats.  I also exercise 5 days per week.

I figured that I would improve my health and appearance, which did happen.  What I didn't expect, was the way my food tastes and choices have improved.  I really want to eat the good stuff and, for the most part, I don't want to eat the bad stuff.  My love (yes, I said love) of exercise has also been a big surprise for me.

Well I know I have no one to blame but myself, but the scale is just not moving.  I am still at
184 lbs.   I really don't want to give up, but I just can't get motivated to do anything to move the scale downwards.

Well aren't I just the bone head.  I was out of town and my parents did not have internet service so I let ya'll down.  My apologies.

When you go out of town or are on the road, how do you deal with the less than perfect options you have available for meals?
