I've only had a few pictures taken.  I really regret not having one taken at least every 4 weeks.

First of all, we fly the American flag at our home.  I try to always be respectful of other people's opinions and their right to express those opinions even if I do not agree with them.  I do this because that is what our service men and women fight/fought for - our freedoms.  Our freedom to believe what we want and speak what we want without fear of persecution because of those beliefs and opinions.  I pray for their safety and for their families who sacrifice everyday because their loved ones are away from them fighting for all of us.  They and their families are our true heroes. 

222.6 this week.

I took before pictures and each month my husband takes my pictures.  I was using the same outfit, but now that I'm 90 lbs down, I don't use the same clothes anymore.  I also kept a pair of pants that I wore at the time of surgery.   I did not take measurements, I wish that I had.    Jules

In light of 9-11; what do you to do show your continued support of those fighting for our freedom?  What do you do to thank those who have fought in the past?
