163 again - this seems to be my comfort zone.  I'd be thrilled to maintain between 153 and 157 (my LD goal and my new Halloween goal)...  but I consider myself normal - struggling with the same five or ten pounds all the time - isn't that what every "normal" woman in the world is doing??

my haloween goal i would really want to be about somewhere around 254-244. that would make me estatic and would keep with what i lost the first month but i realize it may not go my way.

my unweight and just personal side goal is too look nice in a halloween costume!!!

Autumn is my favorite time---leaves, pumpkins, cold, sunsets, Halloween!, Thanksgiving.

School is under way.  The first week is over and we're back into the groove!

This Sept. is busy!  DH and friend have season Buckeye tickets so we'll be in Columbus three of four weekends.  I have a conference with the super back in Columbus on the 16/17.  The weekend of the 26th I'm going off to play with the elves (and hobbits) in KY.  

I'm also working my new plan I developed with my NUT to lose 20 pounds so I'll need to check in with her after Oct. 1.
