I had my gallbladder surgery on Wednesday. Survived so far, but it is tough. It felt like more pain and discomfort than after my RNY. Because of the pain pre surgery - my diet was mostly liquid. Now I am learning again how to eat. It is not easy. Nothing tastes good, and I am back to 2-3 oz soft foods.
My goal was 165, but now I am 167. Lost a lot of weight very rapidly.
I feel like it is time for me to stall, since I have not a real stall during my journey. One week here and there does not count.
Current: 167 lbs.

I am weighing in at 166 and my New Years goal was set for 160. If I do reach it, I will do as I did with the Halloween goald and adjust it to keep the ball rolling!
I work both Wednesday before Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving evening. Which really is fine by me. This is my 1st Holiday out and it is mostly spent with my inlaws. While I love them to death... it is predominatly a holiday based around eating and something I do not do anymore and it rather upsets me some so I would rather just get the extra needed pay for the working the Holiday.
I am making the desserts though because we are eating before I go in so I am making Sugar Free treats for all since we really all can use to eat healthy.

Meal plans...I've been checking out the sugar-free pumpkin cheesecake recipes, including one from Unjury protein. I'll make one for our work Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, and if my co-workers live, I'll make it for my family.

ugh, I actually gained 2 pounds. Now I'm at 180. It must be getting close to my time of the month. This always happens. Oh well.
