I saw the 176.6 for just a day. I have been holding at 178-179. For New Year's I am going to try like the dickens to make 170, but I want to change my goal weight to 175 just in case.

I did not manage to stay completely away from no candy; I had one bite size Crunch bar which beats the half of a bag of candy that I would have eaten in the past!
Goal for New Year's Day... hmmmm... 241.
