Big wow!!

I just got home from shopping my favorit thing to do!! I bought clothes in the misses section not the plus section!! Two pairs of size 16 jean shorts!! I can't even believe it. The ups and downs are so cool. I was just reading Darrahs post and I totaly know what she maens. I still see the fat girl in the mirror! I wish she would just disapir. Carmen

Wow thats great! I bet that had to be an awesome feeling. I can't wait to be able to shop on the skinny side of walmart!

Carmen, Honey there is no fat girl left in there. I bet if u had the skin removed u would be at a size 10 or 12 tomorrow. You look amazing. I hope I look that good when Im just out 11 weeks. I'll be so high Andy will have to hook weights to my shoes or I'd fly away. Ohh and for the record....U keep buying those size 16....I'll be needing them in a few months...lol I did get your email but was to tired to write u a letter so I did it tonight when I finally got caught up on my sleep. Im so confused on my days and nights now that Im not working. My body wants to stay up all night still but Im trying to do days so I fit in more with the hospital routine. Mariah

Thanks!! I just wish I could wrap my mind around the new me. I know it will happen someday, I just am so impatient all the time. I know it took me years to put all the weight on but I seem to think I need to get it all of yesterday if not sooner. crazy!!! I can't believe you are so calm, I was really getting wound up before surgery. You are so brave! I can't wait for you to be on the losing side, with all of us!! Try to get some rest, Carmen BTW- You don't have to worry I will never stop shopping!!

You just wait till we get those kids in school this fall and Im up to moving around and we will have to hit circle center hard. I'll make my follow up apt early and we can have the entire day to shop shop shop...LOL I didnt sleep well last night due to all the pain in my legs...and I cant take anything for it. But since today is a lazy day Ive been getting up and doing a few things and laying back down then repeat ( sounds like shampoo directions...repeat). I dont have any plans today. Just take it easy and gather up my things I couldnt pack ahead of time. I did put ojon on my hair last night and slept with that on. I have to shave my legs too.. not my favorite things to do...Not so easy to reach those things right now. I cant wait till all those little problems are a thing of the past. Andy is in the air now. His plane is due to land at 1:30 so he should be home by 3pm. Im just so glad I dont have to drive to Indy to bring him home like I used to do. Now, Im off for another little nap after having my farwell breakfast. Now Im on liquids the rest of the day....Yipee....NOT.
