I lost 13# my first week, & i didn't have al;l of the trouble you've had. Could be alot of water wt. since tyou have had trouble with fluids. How is that going- better I hope!! Keep on keeping on sipping, walking, and getting in your protien.
Be VERY CAREFUL right now- the last thing you need is to get pg. at this point in your recovery! I hope you understand- I am for having a family- just when you are healed alittle longer. So hope you're extra careful!

The more you drink the better you will feel. Just keep a cup in your hand at all times. You'll find yourself drinking out of habit, since the cup is in your hand.

I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
MISTY THE FIRST WEEK I WAS DOWN ALMOST 28 POUNDS AND YES IT SEEMS LIKE A LOT BUT IT IS YOUR BODY GETTING RID OF ALL THE OLD BUILT UP WATER YOU DIDNT NEED. NOW AS FAR AS NOT GETING BUT 20 OZ OF WATER A DAY THE FIRST COUPLE DAY I WOULDNT WORRY BUT ANYTHING MORE THEN A WEEK I WOULD BE ON THE PHONE TO MY SURGON. THATS NOT TO GOOD, BUT WE ALL HAVE BEEN THERE DONE THAT. SOME MORE THEN OTHERS . THIS EARLY OUT I WOULDNT WAIT THO . CALL THE DOC HE MIGHT WANT TO SEE YOU JUST TO MAKE SURE THINGS ARE OK. I WILL SAY A PRAYER FOR YOU THAT YOU START KEEPING THINGS DOWN. OH AND MY DOC TOLD ME THAT WARM DRINKS BEFORE YOU TRY TO EAT WILL HELP A LOT AND WOW IT DOES.
