Paperwork faxed to my insurance

My surgeon's office finally called me today and told me that they just faxed my paperwork to my insurance company. It took them 2 weeks and 4 days. My insurance had previously told me it should only take about 24 hours to approve since it has been approved already just needed to be re-approved with the surgeon. Finally, I am getting somewhere.
