what do you take for headaches?

I suffer from migraines but luckily I have not had one since my surgery!! But today I feel like I may get a slight headache, what can i take for it?? My surgery was 4 weeks ago.

I take liquid tylenol adult strength cherry flavor... you just have to be careful to sip the dosage
