How often do you weigh????
Seems like everone has the same answer huh? :) I told myself I was only going to weigh once a week, espcially when I hit a plateau, BUT that lasted about a week. LOL I weigh myself every morning. Morning is the best time to weigh I have discovered. I know it might drive some people crazy, but I have to know if I lost any. :) Good luck!!

I weigh myself in the morning, every day. I think the key is to not get hung up on what it says. It is nothing unusual for me to have a +/-5 pound variation through-out a week (shoot, through-out a day!!). So sure, weigh daily if you want, but know that your body will naturally fluctuate and don't spaz out if you see a 2 lb increase. Tomorrow, you may have a really good BM and see a 3 lb drop! The key I think is to know your body. If you normally see a 2 lb variation from day to day and then see a 5 lb increase for a few days in a row, make some adjustments (PEW) so that your weight gets moving in the right direction again. But if you see a 1 lb increase from Monday to Tuesday, don't start freaking out that you are gaining it all back. Sound silly? Some people have been exactly that hung up on their weight...and for those, they SHOULD get rid of the scales and only weigh at their doctor's office.

I don't own a scale, so I guess I will probably want to get one as soon as I have the funds available. I hope I don't get caught up in the numbers game, but if I start telling a drop in my weight after surgery, I am sure I will fall right into the pattern that everyone else does. I like the idea of being able to see the results of the hard work, so I probably will be getting up earlier every day just to weigh myself! LOL (Then again, maybe not! I get up too darn early as it is now!)

At Goal! 165 pounds gone forever! Thank you Lord!
