No problem...let me know how it goes for you.   Yeah, I think it's pretty crappy of HP to do that!!  Makes me not want to buy HP anything again.  To me, it's just out and out greed on their part!

Chris, I went to replace the battery and about died...I broke the clip off that holds the battery in! So...what could I do except plug it in and hope for the best? As soon as she fired up, she asked if I wanted the print heads aligned! Of course I said yes, and it printed it!!! In black & white! I think the issue may be resolved..time will tell, but so far, no ill effects from not having the battery there at all! I realize that it also controls telling you when your ink is low, but I always depend on the old fashion way for that anyway (when the printed page is low on ink, your cartridge is low on ink). Thanks a million! Sherri

Joyous Friday All ! I wish I could join you all tomorrow at Brenda and Floyd's - however weather conditions and being sick are preventing me from doing much lately. I have so much I wanted to share with many of you face to face news worthy wise, not to mention pass around the baby for all to enjoy, so not being able to attend is adding to my already depressive state. I hope you all have fun and hopefully sometime soon I'll be able to attend a WLS function. Sure am gonna miss all that great food!!!! Finishing up my Christmas shopping online and enjoying this little one. I hope everyone finds their holiday season joyous. Be thankful for what you have folks - for you never know when one day it won't be there anymore. Be thankful for the love of your family and friends near and far. Be joyous of everyday that you are given to live life to it's fullest. Happy Holidays Jodi
