New Here

hi all.  im new here. i've been going through this stuff since may of this year. my problem? i cant seem to lose the weight. i however have gained and lost about 30 pounds since may of this year. but it just wont stay off, and it never gets documented. my insurance company hasnt even been contacted for approval cuz i have to lose another 11 pounds. nice huh?! i just hate it.  so im here. and asking, hey at St Marys livlite what were the things yall had to do there. cuz Deaconness is killing me. There is a big bunch of caring people here. We laugh, we cry, we rant and we listen very well. A lot of good advice comes from these people too. You picked a great place to come.

First off welcome to OH... I have a great dietician at IU Bariatric as far as she dont make you lose any weight before blah blah blah.. I have lost though... The reason yours is pushing you now is because if you cant push yourself now, they think you wont after surgery... You need to think about it like that... Can you do it now? They dont expect you to do it overnight, but a few pounds here and there... I know how it is... I am hoping to have surgery come March and I know how hard it is... Well, hang in there and good luck!
