Splenda, cinnamon cooked apples-YUM!!!

Oh my, that sounds so yummy! I have some apples that I need to use up, so off I go running into the kitchen!!! I, too, am a cinnamon nut, so I will probably go overboard like always! LOL  Thanks for sharing the recipie, and making me remember to use the apples up!!!

Oh, I forgot that I add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla too...it gives it that pie taste... Angie
