Chicken Enchilada Dip & TVP Protein Balls

I just took both of these to Wishard's Christmas party and everyone loved them. I made the Chicken Enchilada Dip in the low fat version and it was just as delicious! Thanks gals for the receipes!

We're having a pot luck at work on Monday and I plan to bring both of these dishes.  I'm so glad you guys posted them.  I wasn't at the ornament exchange so this will be my first time trying them too.  I'm really looking forward to them. Thanks guys! Jacqui
