Fruit 2 O Hydration
I've been looking for new beverages. I'm getting sick of tea, water and lemonade. That's about all I drink. I did go get some diet Swiss Miss yesterday. It has 25 calories and 2 sugars. I can't drink a lot of it though.
I found some Fruit 2O hydration drinks that aren't too bad. They are strawberry/tangerine flavored. I think the best part of these drinks are the nutrients that are added. Each 16 oz bottle provides an additional 40% DV of Vitamin B complex. It has B6, B12 and Biotin in it. It's not something I'll drink a lot of each day but I'll drink a bottle every now and then.
