For dinner tonight I made Lemon Pepper Fish and baked potato. I had a small fillet and about 1/4 of a small potato. I was happy.  Hey LaChelle, what a "last dinner" you had. I had mine when I left the doctor's office after being told that I was going to have surgery in 12 days and so I couldn't do the 2 weeks of liquids. My best GF and I went to Red Robin and I had a chicken sandwich (it was soooo good) and french fries. I had a lot of diet pepsi too since that was my last time to have it. lol  I enjoyed it and my GF and I kept refering to it as my last dinner and the name stuck.

I ended up having baked salmon, seasoned with lemon, pepper and butter. Then I had about 3 or 4 grapes.  It was pretty good.

BTW-I want the recipe for the sausage stars too. It sounds interesting.

If I'm not mistaken, the sausage stars are my steak appetizers made with sausage instead. At the ornament exchange, everyone kept calling them 'stars'...I had no idea what they were talking about at first. When the won-ton bakes though, it kinda/sorta takes the shape of a star. The recipe (as well as others) are on my profile. Sherri

Pamelas Sausage stars

great for a party

one lbs of sausage(I used the hot) browned in a skillet.   I drain and rinse all the grease off with ho****er in a collender.  Then add one cup of cheddar and 1 cup of jack cheese.  One cup of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing. Last is one small 4 oz can of sliced back olives.  Fill the prebaked wanton wrapper (5 min on 350 in muffin tins) and bake another 10 min or until all the cheese has melted and serve immed.

I have sub sauage with chicken and crab.  This week I also stuffed the shells with Sams chicken dip and it was great as well
