I hope your kids get to feeling better soon.  Sucks to be sick over the Christmas holidays. 

Im looking forward to the holidays and I have all my shopping done as of today.  I thought I was done weeks ago then some last min gifts came to mind so I did somemore online shopping today while I was snowed in.  I sure hope my UPS Santa gets things here on time...lol

Sats weather... We got about 3 heavy slick inches of snow and I couldnt even get my low riding lincoln out the drive.  Andy did make it to work in the 4 wheel drive Jeep.  So Im stuck home alone with the critters.  Ive been lazy and slept on and off about all day.  I did clean out that nasty fire insert and sat up all the wood ...have the matches ready incase I have to move to the family room when the electric goes out.  For now Im just staying held up in the Master bedroom  and bath with a ceramic heater....and my cats are snuggling up with me so thats some extra heat on my feet and head....lol

Thankful for the electric and cable out here while it lasts.

Guess Im glad I did stay in tonight.  Just saw on the news where 4 ppl were just pulled out of a pond in Carmel.  They arent releasing names or if they were alive or not. Several other really bad accidents too
