I used to make this dessert all the time pre WLS, but I made if for thanksgiving and used everything sugar free and nobody knew the difference and the pan was scraped clean lol.  Its really simple.  The only thing for is is the gramham crackers (carbs )but I figure a little isn't gonna hurt us.

INGREDIENTS

2 individual packages graham crackers ( you can use low fat)

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix (I used SF) 1 (3 ounce) package instant French Vanilla ( I used SF)

3 cups milk

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed ( I used SF)

1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting ( I left this off of the area that I would eat from, so that I wouldn't have to pick it off when I got mine, but put it on the rest for everybodyelse)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Stir well. Stir in whipped topping to pudding mixture. Spread half of mixture over graham cracker layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding. Top all with a final layer of graham crackers and frost with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate until serving.

I'm telling you this is really yummy !!! It takes me like 10 mins top to put to gether.  My sister in law just called me yesterday and asked if I would bring it for christmas too.  I know its aggervating not to be able to find out whats wrong right away but sometimes it's best for them to run the test and be positive then not so positive and treat you for something that really isnt wrong with you in the first place. So hang in there it will get better.  Hope things go fast for you.

I just buy a bunch of fruit (granny smith apple slices and orange slices, fresh pineapple chunks, strawberries, blackberries, blueberrys, raspberrys, green grapes are all I use but if u like bannas and pears u can use things like that I just dont becouse I dont like them) then top with sugar free whipped topping.  When U dont eat sweets often....fresh fruit is really refreshing and sweet!!!
