Please pray for my sister, she was in a car accident!!!

Update 9:45  She is out of surgery and so far so good. My mom and dad are still up there. I was freaking out so bad. With the internal bleeding I dont know when she will get out now. They have to monitor her for a while. I am just happy they found out before she went home. Thanks again for all the prayers. We greatly appreciate it. **Update** 3:20 AM My sister is in surgery but not for the pelvis... She broke te pelvis in 4 spots, but after repeating the xrays they found that she is not as bad as they thought with the broken pelvis. Methodist equipment is much better and they found out it is a break that wil heal ok if she goes through physical therapy. THe break was less than an inch shy of needing surgery because if your pelvis is broke in that certain place you will have to have surgery... But the CT scan came back BAD!!! She is internally bleeding but they dont know where. They have her in surgery hoping it will stop it. I am really worried because of the bleeding... Please pray for her!!! My sister was Tboned on both side tonight and the one person was going 65 mphs and hit her straight on. She has a broken pelvis(shattered), femur, tailbone, hip, pretty much all of that area and that is all they know so far... THey are sending her to Methodist for emergency surgery... Please pray for her...  She will be down for at least 6 months they are saying once they found out all the other stuff... Sorry if I am going on, but I had a severe anxiety attack today and had to take my medecine...

OMG!! Megan that is horrible, Omg!  I am definately going to put you in my prayers, as a matter of fact I am going to pray for her right after this post.  This is crazy, I hope she gets better soon!  If I might ask, where was the accident at?

Yikes Megan! Definitely saying prayers for her. We seen a lot of wrecks today going to and coming home from Carmel. People were driving like idiots today!

Oh honey, I am so sorry to read this about your sister. Trust that she is in good hands with the surgeons and God... Hon, keep close to your mom right now, k? It's going to be a very rough time for her. We had went out to eat only a few blocks from our house last night. The fog was horrible.  Take care of yourself sweetie. Sherri

Not to make the situation less important BECAUSE it IS and I will pray for her.. but I was in a car accident 27 years ago when the medical profession didnt know what they know today.. I completely shattered my pelvic bone.. and my hip in 3 places, 2 ribs, my left leg.. (that is also what damaged my knee) I was in traction for a month for my hip and on crutches for a month but my Pelvic bone grew back together better and more stable than it was to begin with!!!  No artritis there at all!!! Thank God!! would be a weird place to put a heating pad!!  I swear my pelvic bone was all but gone it was so shattered. ( I have xrays). The medical profession knows more today than then.. Praying also for her mental health because I think that is the hardest to heal after a tramatic car wreck.. 27 yrs later I still have issues. Linda Kay

I am hopeful she will be ok. When we were first told about the accident and her injuries they said she had all these problems. They then transferred her to Methodist and they have since found out she didnt do what all they thought(or God answered our prayers). This makes me really thankful and really have more faith in God now. Well I love my family, both my OH and my blood family... Everyone have a Merry Christmas!!!
