Clothing Exchange Info - This Saturday

Brenda spoke with Dawn this morning.  She is without a computer right now and is looking forward to seeing everyone at the Clothing Exchange THIS Saturday.  This new location is great and so roomy.  Clothing Exchange/Pitch-In

This is the school that Dawn works at! It is all one level, with door entrance and bathrooms all at the same end. Being held in the cafeteria/gym, we have 42 tables that can be tables or benches!  There are small fees involved with getting the school! If anyone is interested in donating the fees please let Dawn know!

 

 

 

Dawn is also accepting donations for the Before/After Care Program, which will  go directly to the Program that she directs in the school! These items could be as simple as crayons, craft supplies, coloring books, buttons, old magazines, used/new games, decks of cards etc! The children would love it and it will all be  an appreciated donation!

Please keep in mind that this is for everyone but is intended to help those of us whom have had surgery first and foremost! All that we ask is that you give the post-op in attendance the first dibs and enjoy shopping with us after about  10-15 minutes!

Also- there will still continue to be a pitch-in.  I hope that you can enjoy the items that each of us bring!  Please bring the recipes to share, as well.

For all the newbies and the lurkers, please feel free to come and meet as many of us as you can.  It is a great group of people and we do offer ALOT of support!

Hope to see my fellow Hoosier Losers there and meet alot of new faces  as well!

I would love to attend, but since I am unable to drive at this time, I guess I will just have to pass.  I know they will be so much fun, and I really need some new black pants, since mine are already falling off of me......of course that was before surgery, so who knows how they will be after my checkup.  Have a blast there for me all!  Good Luck in finding a new wardrobe for yourselves!!  I will attend one of these years, I promise!!!

Sorry you all but I don't think I will be able to make the exchange this time. My brother has asked me to come up to my parents a couple of times a month since my mother is faiing and it really gives him a break so....they have always been there for me and I am happy to be there now for them. I will miss seeing you all but hope to make the next one in April. I am fine for clothes but I do miss the chatting and seeing each of you.  Have an Awesome Time! Hugs! Marianne

Hi everyone I can't drive at this time because of the meds they have started me on and my husband has to work Is there a chance if anyone from Terre haute or who will be going thru Terre haute  is going would it be possible for me to ride with them thank you , Kathy

Kathy, You might want to contact Linda V. and see if she plans on coming. At least she's in Terre Haute too. I saw where Amanda won't be in town (lucky girl!). I know there are others from the Terre Haute/Clinton area but my mind is drawing a blank right now. Hope to see you Saturday! Sherri

I'm planning on attending this time. Bringing baby Q too (FYI for those that might need a baby fix). I'm bringing lots of size 14 and 12 items in womens and 36/32 in men's pants and large and xlarge in men's tops. I also have news to share with many of you that I'm unable to post because it's better off being said in person. Hope to see everyone there! Jodi

I will have to miss this one too.    My husband's family is having their Christmas that day.  I've got the April exchange on my calendar and will see you all then.

I will be there. And guess what this time I have clothes to bring!!!
