OT: Prayers needed please

Yes, he had a stroke 3 years ago.........no real major complications from that, thank goodness.   I just got off the phone with WorkOne. He can go to the office anytime today, and they will start his papers for unemployment.

That is some good news!  You will just have to cut some unnecessary spending for awhile and you will get thru it. Believe me, I have been there.  Fortunately, I didnt have any kids at the time, but we managed.  You will get make it! Keep your chin up and remember you and his health comes first.

Oh LaChelle Im sorry about Jimmy Thats what one of the things in the casino business that sucks. The patron is always right. Tell him to fight for what he knows s right. Ive seen this crap happen to alot of my dhs coworkers it sucks you have to take what they dish out  and cant defend yourself the good news is 90% of them get their jobs back. I m here if you need anything but in the meantime know we are thinking about you and here is a hugg for you and Jimmy

LaChelle, I am so sorry this has happened.  Please know I am praying for you and your family.  Please try not to let this stress you out.  (Easier said than done)  You are still fresh out of surgery and need to concentrate on recouperating.

While Jimmy files for unemployment, have WorkOne do a scan and see if they have any companies with openings available.  The best thing that can come out of this is for him to get an even better job than he had!  That's my prayer anyway.

Many prayers coming your way....glad he's going to be able to start on the paperwork with Work One tomorrow.  I know there is a one week waiting period between his final check from his current employer and his first u/e check,  but it always helps to get the paperwork going right away! Wishing him a speedy job hunt!
