Tommorrow is my appointment with DR.Mattar. Woo HOO! It is at 2:00. I was checking over my Checklist... 1. Records from my PCP for last 4 years. (cause that's how long I have been going to her.) 2. Copies of my info from the Clarianremedymd page. 3. Letter of Refferal to Dr. Mattar from Dr. Lynch!!! 4. New Insurance card. 5.All paperwork from Clarian filled out. (already handed in at Seminar) 6.Records from Indiana Heart.(heart issues I had a few years back, I attribute to a panick attack!) I think I migt have all my ducks in a row. What do you think? Can you tell That I am super-duper excited? It's like Christmas eve for me tonight. Wish me luck! Have a great night. Talk to everyone tommorow. Shanna
