Updates from Jodi & Hope (Peter)

I got an email from Hope and Peter is handling his first round of Chemo pretty good. They keep hoping that the white cell count will be zero..as that would indicate that the blast cells should be eliminated (which would be verified with a bone marrow biopsy). Please continue to keep them in your prayers. Hope is planing on joining us for lunch when Jacqui comes to Indy on the 7th (depending on what is going on with Peter at that time). I think that should be a welcome break for her. I also had a voice message on my cell phone tonight from Jodi. She is still in the hospital. She was suppose to have been released yesterday. She didn't go into detail as to why she wasn't. I'll call her tomorrow to get more of the scoop on that. The important thing though is that some of the lab report is back. At least one of the lymph nodes came back possitive for cancer. Jodi will have to go back into the hospital next week for a round of chemo. I will try to get more info on this as well tomorrow. Please keep both of our hoosier sisters in your prayers.... Sherri

Definitely saying prayers for everyone this evening..

Sherri,    Right now I am available for the 7th, if we can do it before 1pm. so I'd have time to get to my daughters by 1:30. It would be wonderful to see Hope again & meet Jacqui, see you & everyone who can come!!     My heart & prayers are with them both. I was so concerned about Jodi not being able to have food, &  all. They kept my SIL off food for days before the results were in on her cancer, so they could start the chemo without her being sick. Please give her my love when you talk to her.  God is our healer, and am praying for her complete healing, as well as Peter's. Love, Ellen

Sherri~ Please tell them both they are in my prayers...also can you discreetly ask if Jodi got my hospital greeting....St V's has an online greeting section on their website and I sent one to Jodi...the first time I have used it and I was wondering how fast the greeting gets to patients . Darn!! But God is still on the throne and prayers are being answered every day.. She will be a help to someone else in the future for what she is going thru today.. Many Prayers for Jodi.. Linda kay
