Requirements before surgery???

Kim, I met Dr. Evanson at the seminar, and the next time I saw him was the morning of surgery. So, I assume that if you already have an approval letter from your insurance company, you just have to let Colleen know and she'll get you a date. But yes, Dr. Inman's schedule is waaaay out there. So call Colleen quick! Once you have a surgery date, then you will schedule the day long nutrition class, and in the 30 days before surgery you'll be asked to do the pre-op testing at St. V's. Dr. Inman orders the pre-op testing; your gyn can do your pap and order your mammogram. Good luck, let us know when you have a date!
