OT- WHAT A SHOCK-- LOST MY JOB

Thanks Annette, I am hoping so! I am trying to keep my spirits up and know that everything will be alright but right now I am having a tough time accepting it all and it all soaking in. I am still so shocked. I know that it wasn't me and that here are unfortunately obviously lots of red tape behind the school admin, but I also know that I stood for what I needed to and should be proud of that! Although, it doesn't help with the monthly income, unfortunately! Thanks for thinking of me! Hugz Dawn

In my earlier post I meant to say it's their loss not their fault.  Duhhhhh....

Anyway, can you file for unemployment?  That may help a bit.  Also, go to WorkOne and get on their system.  It's free and maybe they can help you find something.

I understand! I went there IMMEDIATELY!!! They(the school) gave me 1 hour to decide if I wanted to be terminated or resign- WT???- so I did go there and filled out the papers and they helped me with a resume and all, however if I understood the unemployment correctly, well that takes 6 weeks and I am hoping that I am not going to be unemployed that long or we will be in serious trouble!
