I was just wondering with the Biotin and Vit B-1 they are a little bigger and those of you who take them, do you cut them in halves or do you take them whole.  I didnt know if they were too big or not.  What do you guys do?

2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou has done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.

Jenny, Different strengths and brands come in different sizes. The ones I have now, I don't cut either at all. Sherri

Hey gal....I take CVS B-1's and Spring Valley Biotin...I don't have to cut either of them.  Doc Huse and the Nut told me can't take anything bigger than an aspirin.  So I go by that...and I have had no trouble...now I DO have to cut my calcium in half. Good luck! Janene

Lord, keep me in your will so I won't be in your way.

I have taken all of my vitamins whole since two weeks post op as I was instructed by my nut.  I think that has helped to keep me from having a stricture.* *I'm not a doctor, I don't even play one on TV so don't take that as anything more than just my opinion.
