Have you emailed Collen?  If not here is her email address:  [email protected] I only did the email thing, and it took her a few days to get it into the insurance company. Hope this helps, KIM

I contacted Colleen the office manager by email to ask her if it had gone in. I had called 4 different times and never got any return phone call--- but after one email she wrote back within 24 hours.  I just called my insurance company today and found out I was approved!  SO if I were you I would call your insurance now -to ask if they had gotten the info and if they needed anything else.  I saw Inman for one on one Jan 7 the insurance company received the info Jan 15 (52 pages) and I called them last week and was told it was in review until Feb 17 but called today and they said the approval had already gone to Inmans office.  Have not heard from Inmans office yet but insurance approval is a big step! MAKE THAT CALL ASAP!  Best wishes

I think her office is really good with insurance. They submitted it to Anthem before I'd even finished the required 6 mos diet regime with my PCP. I got a scheduling call out of the blue and was soooo surprised and happy!
