Tuesday...
Hi Gail,
I just started working out with a personal trainer that I met through the support group I go to at Clarian. She is freelance (not associated with a specific program or gym) and goes all over town. She specializes in bariatric patients because of the physical limitations some of us have due to excessive joint wear from the extra weight or just not being used to working out.
She is really good and designs a program that is uniquely yours. Also, you don't have to sign up for a specific amount of time or number of sessions. (I only meet with her 2 times per month.) She is very flexible.
I had been having trouble getting motivated to start working out again, but thought if I had a program created especially for me I would be more likely to do it since I would feel like I would get more out of it. I can honestly say that I can already tell a difference. If you are interested just send me an e-mail and I'll put you in touch with her.

Good morning to all of my fellow Hoosiers Losers. I hope that tody is a good day to all of you.
They are calling for us to have 4-8 more inches of that dreaded white stuff. After the nice warm weather yesterday most of what we had melted. I am beginning to think that grass is white and not green. We didn't have a storm last night, or at least I didn't hear it if we did. We had a lot of fog. Both of the airports weren't doing anything. In fact they were really quiet unless you count the people that were in there sleeping.
I have to take Bill's cousin to the doctor this afternoon. I hope that the snow won't start before then. She is having some problems with her arm. It might be nice to get out. I never stuck my head out the door yesterday. I was just a homebody.
I guess I better get going. I hope that everyone stays safe today. I will chat with you all later on.
TaTa for now all of my fine and lovely friends.

Happy Tuesday! I'm feeling okay today. I had to go to the dentist this morning. Not my favorite thing in the world, but a necessary evil, right? Yup. No cavities or anything. Just shiny teeth now. Hooray! Tonight after work, I'm taking the kids to Sears to get pictures taken. I can't wait. I love pictures. I hope I can talk my hubby into getting one taken with me for Valentine's Day coming up. I was so excited. Sears had a cashier contest for dinner and a movie, and I won! I think I'm going to take my son, Mikey to a movie Sunday night. There's one he wants to see. I didn't think we'd be able to afford it.
