Artichoke Recipes

I just posted my artichoke recipes to my profile.These are great! but then again...you have to like artichokes. Also I use pouch friendly substitutes where I can. Also if you don't have the exact spices...experiment...most of these recipes I use Italian spices instead of the fresh stuff or I use dried spices. OOPS I forgot to add my salad...here it is Spinach Artichoke Salad 1 Bag baby spinach, washed and drained 1 can of artichokes, drained 3 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1 cup shaved cheese (I use a peeler to shave it...and use whatever cheese I have) salt and pepper to taste Fat-free Italian dressing to taste ENJOY!  Let me know if y'all like the recipes! huggggggggggs Janene
