Anytime Fitness

I'm thinking about joining the Anytime Fitness Gym near my apartment.  Does anyone know anything about it or have suggestions for a different gym?   I didn't like curves back home and the YMCA here is too expensive.

Brooke, I don't know anything about Anytime Fitness, but to let you know that the YMCA has a scholarship program that you can apply for which will cover all or most of your membership.  Also, Parkview Hospital has the Parkview Health and Fitness Center which is great and it is only like $19 a month. I joined Parkview at my heaviest and really felt comfortable.  Also when you first join, a trainer works with you 2-4 times to develop an exercise program for you and they will take your blood pressure at any time if you are monitoring that.   Good luck finding something you feel comfortable with.

Yea the YMCA Can work with you based of your salary as well to see what your monthly fee's would be.  Also anytime fitness is such a cool idea!  I would love to work out at 3AM...LOL, I don't like to b in the gym when anyone else is there because I just feel all big and people are like why are you at a gym, and not a buffet?  I just dont feel comfortable at gyms, so I try to go at slow hours of the day.  I may join anytime fitness :)

I understand exactly!  It's for that reason (and a hectic work schedule) that I want to join Anytime fitness.   We can both join and work out together... you know once you're a member of any of them you can go to all of them.
