Leanne... You've got mail... When I was gathering up my info, my doctor's office of 16 years lost my entire record! I talked with Emplyee Health at work about it and the nurse, on the company letterhead, typed up a statement for me whi*****luded all my weights from the time I was hired (since 1989). Where I work, you have a physical every 2 or 3 years and their records showed I had been +100 lbs the entire time. Sherri ps..I LOVE Dr. Gupta!! She is fantastic.
