Something yummy
I discovered something yummy yesterday and thought I'd share it with you.
I bought some fat free/sugar free instant jello mixes (chocolate and banana cream). After I mixed them up separately, I spooned some of each into an old ice tray and froze them. I popped out one cube of each and had it last night for a snack and it was so yummy! It tasted just like the fudge bombs I used to get off the ice cream truck when I was a little girl. Even Troy liked it and he hates banana flavored stuff.
Just thought I'd share. I'll be mixing other flavors too so I'll share what happens.
Have a great day!

Janene,
I haven't tried the cheesecake one yet but I have it. I was thinking of mixing in a few crushed murray sugar free strawberry wafers with it to give it some crunch. I even found sugar free vanilla wafers! We can make SF banana pudding! Mmmmmm...
I can come up with lots of ideas for something sweet but the funny thing is, I'm not wanting sweet things. I really want some new ideas for meals.
huggggggs back atcha!

Okay..I feel stupid asking this..I haven't done the sugar free puddings and jellos in ages..just don't eat any of it actually...don't know why..anyway..you are talking about sugar free ..fat free pudding right? Just wanted to be sure..I think I might try it for something different..pudding pops..yum!
The mix is sugar-free, fat-free...so as long as you use skim milk to make the pudding, it stays fat-free.
AT GOAL!!
