Have You Seen This...

Hi! I'm talking about this really great website by Kaye Bailey, a heath writer who's had gastric bypass surgery. Her site is called Living After WLS and she's done a fantastic job putting together this site..easy to follow and just over all very informative. I think this is a must see..if you haven't already seen it..go take a look!

I keep that website up in my tabs and look at it every day!  There are a lot of good ideas.  I think that is the home of the 5 day pouch test  (5DPT).   LOTS OF GOOD IDEAS!
