It's been a few days since I started the morning thread. I hope everyone has a good Sunday. No big plans for me today. Just resting. I haven't had the energy to do much of anything else. I'm just so exhausted all the time. I haven't a clue what my body is doing but it's telling me to rest so thats what I'm doing. I hope you all have a blessed Sunday!!!

Good morning everyone! Not alot happening here today. I had a very enjoyable time at Cindy's pc party yesterday (so did my credit card! lol!!). It was alot of fun spening time with Brenda & Gail. Luv you gals! Now to look forward to the one Brenda booked off of Cindy! Woo-hoo! More spending opportunities! LOL! Here's my summary for the week. Yep, I know, I'm missing ALOT...but this is kinda what stuck in my brain as I was reading the posts each day.

Ellen’s twin grandbabies..the boy has RSV (in hospital) and the girl has a cold which is often the starting symptom of RSV so they are keeping an eye on her. I haven't received an update for a few days so I hope that no news is good news.

Linda Vicory’s son..in hospital. Linda..how's he doing now? Hope's husband Peter has finished his 2nd round of chemo. They are in the process of rebuilding his blood counts. Hopefully, this 2nd round took care of the rest of the blast cells so that they can continue on with the bone marrow transplant soon. People have asked me if a food gift card would come in handy for Hope. Hope is having to drive back & forth several times a week to keep their family business (KOA  in Middlebury) going and trying to get ready for the 2008 season such as preparation of sites/cabins,  interviewing/hiring of staff, and really, I have no idea what all else is involved..but it usually takes both of them and she is trying to do it alone, plus be here in Indy for Peter as much as she can. It's ~2 hour drive each way so I would imagine that if you wanted to send a gift card, a gas one would be best..that, or cash so she could use it at any gas station or any resaurant. I know that Hope & Peter appreciate any & all prayers, emails, cards, etc. Hope is on the Hoosier Directory. *Hope & Peter's KOA is the one that we had our 1st annual OH-Indiana camp-out at last summer...and plan to have a 2nd one there this summer! And hopefully, one every year. Guess that's about it. You all have a terrific day! Sherri

Hi all,.. it's been a horrible couple of days. I hadn't slept very good or eaten very good this week. Mikey's still in the hospital. They were talking on Thursday about possible residential treatment. Now they seem to think he's responding to the medicine, so that he can go home this week.

Linda, Thank you for the update on Mikey. I'm glad he started responding to the meds. I hope he continues to improve. I know you'll feel better when he's beck at home with you. Sherri

Let me start by saying, "SHERRI YOU ROCK!"  Thanks for the update.  It helps me get caught up quickly at home because I have dial-up and it takes FOREVER to read all of the posts I missed throughout the week. Not a whole lot planned for today.  Will be leaving for church here in  a bit then out to lunch with Troy's aunt and uncle.  Then it's the usual getting things ready for the upcoming work week...laundry, lunches, homework, etc. We went to Build a Bear last night for our daughter's valentine gift.  She loves to go there.  She made a monkey and she's so cute.  Stopped by GNC while we were in the mall and got some chewable calcium tablets since the Creamy Bites are gone and can't be replaced.  The GNC ones are citrate and carbonate so I guess it's better than nothing.  They also have the Stacker 2 Protein Water at GNC.  They don't carry the Pink Lemonade, which is my favorite flavor, but they have the grape and sour apple.  At least I can get some relatively close by. Hope everyone has a great day.  It's really windy here today. Smooches, Jacqui

Hi everyone, Well I am back. This past week was very hard and exhausting. The funeral was beautiful. I miss my Grandpa already, though. He looked good, you know like himself. His casket was silver and had a big ohio State decal on the top. Everyone had their Ohio State clothes on.All the food, my gosh all the food. I was very good. I came back 3 pounds lighter. The good part, I saw all my cousins that I haven't seen since i moved away 15 years ago. There are 11 of us. I saw second and third cousins also. Great AUnts and Uncles.  I have only 2 more weeks left until my last PCP appointment. The 4th I have both my PCP and Dr mattar appt's. I am down to 236. I have lost 48 pound on my 6th month diet. I am hoping they don't deny me because of it but I just couldn't stop. Once I found that I could do it, but I still want surgery. I still have 106 more to go and at 9-10 pounds a month and the possiblilty at stalling at 170 scares the heck out of me.( i was 170ish in high school and couldn't get any lower) I need to get dressed and get to the gym. I haven't been since last Monday.BTW Misty was in my dreams last night. LOL We were working out at the gym together. It was a huge gym and was part of a theme park. Guess that means I NEED TO get to the gym if I am dreaming about it. HUH I will talk to you later. SHanna
