dr inmans office and medicaid

i realize that i am not the only patient they have but give me a break. i called last thurday and left a message (as usual) with colleen with medicaids fax number and the name of the contact person and have heard nothing back. so today i call medicaid and they say they have still heard nothing from colleen. i was toldwe submitted to medicaid on 2/6. medicaid says they still have nothing and colleen isnt returning my calls. i am getting very frustrated. i called colleen again and of course hade to leave a message. it seems like i can never talk to a live person in that office.  sorry about the ranting!

I think that is how it is with a lot of the insurance people.  It is very frustrating, but hang in there.  Maybe you could email her if you have her email address.

Everything is going fine for me.  I hope you get your situation taken care of and get to feeling better soon.  I know  the pain and I cant imagine having it worse than what I did.

When you call the office and press 2 you will get a live person and just ask for Colleen. That is what I would do if could not get ahold of her.
