Crazy 2 weeks- I'm glad they are getting better...

Hi  everyone,  Sorry I haven't been on lately but so much has been going on, and I have missed so much. I worked 60+ hrs. in 4 days last week ( good old Valentines, funeral work, etc), both of my hands were cut up & in total pain, my legs/feet swollen, very little sleep,& at times we didn't even have time to get a drink or eat, and tempers flaired- some Valentines love-NOT- just wasn't there!!!Geeze, after a thorough soul searching, I have decided to give up the job. I only work on an as-needed basis, and it just isn't worth it to me. I really got physically wore out, (worked from 8am. to 2 am. Wed. /Thurs. with hardly a break) and found that MY emotions were really at the surface- just really showed my controlling " old self",made amends, and know it is best for everyone if I give it up. It is really hard for me, 'cause I LOVE making others feel good, valued, and thought of thru flowers. After 30+ yrs. my body just can't take the gruling punishment it use to, nor do I want to be thought of as a "telling me how to do my job" person. I was apologized to also,'cause there was a real misconception of what I was saying, at times, and some nasty @#$%^&* was said.(. I tend to talk to myself when working & others thought I was talking about/to them. ) Then last Wed.  Aiden,one of the twins had to be hospitalized with RSV virus.Bethany has it now. They are home now, but really sick, & Amy has a horrible cold, too. I went down for a few hrs. today so Amy could go get there formula, and the poor little things are just wanting held.They are watching them closly for phneumonia. The one highlight of my week was getting a lovely card & surprise from my Secret Elf- thank you, thank you!!! You just don't know how much it meant to me !!! Dana gave me a goofy card ( as usual) and said he can hardly wait for us to go camping- me too! We have booked to go to Hope & Peter's campground the weekend of Mothers Day. Also, we are going to Minn./Iowa in June, woo-hoo!! To spend time with our kids up there is always wonderful!!!
