Hi -

Am 9 months out and down 110lb!  (Still don't believe this....)  However, I've noticed now that I'm getting pain in my thighs and derriere  when sitting for too long.  Is sporadic but "too long" could be a 30 minute car ride or a 4 hour flght.  Doc's assistant said this is likely due to the reduced padding I now have in these areas.  Am now down to 143 - (a number I haven't seen in 28 years...........)

Has anyone else experienced this?

WELL I FEEL YOUR PAIN...LOL I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THO I AM NOT DOWN AS LOW AS YOU . AT NIGHT I SLEEP WITH A PILLOW OR SOMETHING BETWEEN MY KNNES AND THAT HELPS ALOT. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE TAKE A SMALL PILLOW TO WORK TO SIT ON.. GOOD LUCK LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS. VICKI

With me having a huge hernia, I'm having to sleep on my back. Normally, I'm a tummy or side sleeper. I will wake up in the middle of the night rubbing my tailbone because it hurts! LOL! It's amazing how many more bones a body seems to get the more weight the lose! Congrats on the terrific weight loss! Sherri
