Happy Sunday...

I hope everyone has a good Sunday!! Sherri, Floyd & Brenda and anyone else who may be joining them enjoy your dinner this evening! Today is going to be so exciting. My DH's Aunt who is like another mom to me is being baptized at church this morning. This is such an answer to prayer and we're so proud of her and excited! Afterwards we'll be going out to lunch to celebrate. How amazing and awesome is that?? I'm going to take my new camera and photograph it for her! I'm just so excited. I can't hardly sleep because I can't really get comfortable and I'm just plain exhausted. My hips and shoulders and lower back are killing me and sooo achy for some reason. Wouldn't be much of an issue usually since I'm a belly sleeper but my tummy has been not feeling the best and around my g-tube is really sore and soooo sleeping on the belly doesn't work and when I roll to one side or the other I'm putting pressure on my hip/shoulder and so it's just not a fun time. Anyways today is going to be a wonderful day for me and our family. I'm not going to let anything get me down because it's a special day!!!

Well, it has been a few days since I have posted, so I need to update on whats been going on. Thursday, I got iced in at the casino. Luckily I had prepared by taking additional uniforms and clothes.  It was fun, yet exhausting.  There were about 15 of us snowed in, so we all went out to eat at one of the resturaunts on property after we all got off work.  That was really fun. We just sat and talked and enjoyed each others company........even though we all worked together all day, after we clocked out, the mood changed, and became more relaxed.  Thank goodness the hotel was big enough to put us up in rooms. AND they even paid for the rooms!! They are really nice!  Friday I had to work, and didn't get home until after 8.  I messed up my wipers.....my wipers are destroyed because of the ice accumulation......there was almost 2" of ice and sleet piled up on my car! UGGH!!!  My car got stuck in my driveway, and had to be pulled out.  I came home on Friday night, and just crashed!   Saturday morning, I had to work early for a change.  Thank goodness they have finally taken me off the 1-11pm shift on my Friday. That was getting old!  I did have to work over for a little bit last night, but that was ok. Who knows how long that will last tho. Oh well. Today I haven't got much planned.  Since it is snowing here already this morning, I don't know if we will get out.  I do want to go thru my closet and get rid of all my old clothes. I have tons to bring to the exchange.  Of course, I will have tons of things to bring from Jen as well, since I will be passing those down as well.  My MIL has asked me to send her a couple of my dress suits that she had bought me for work. I will make sure to get them boxed up and ship those out next week.  I know I have so many clothes to bring, I don't know if I will have a vehicle big enough to bring them all in! HEHE!!!  Oh well, I will find out today! Sorry this has been so long, I just missed everyone this week!  Have a wonderful Sunday!

Good morning! My daughter is suppose to come by this morning. I haven't seen her for a few weeks so I hope she has some time to just sit & visit. Guess what??? When Bill & I were out doing our running yesterday morning, we stopped by the liquor store so Bill could get a bottle of Bacardi and we both could feed our lottery habit. On the way there, I told Bill that I was due for some luck with them! It'd been awhile since I hit anything over $5. At that store, we have our favorite cashier..she wasn't there. The one who was there, I usually have really crappy luck with. Well, she was training someone new so I thought I'd give this new person a shot. The new girl waited on Bill and while she was bagging his Bacardi, the other one wanted to know what I wanted so I told her which tickets..believing that she'll hand them to her trainee to ring up. Wrong! She rang them up herself so I thought 'great, that's $40 wasted!'. Well....we got home and I started scratching off the tickets....I have to take back every negative thing I ever said about that woman! I won $132!! Woo-hoo! $100 of it was on the $5 game '100 Grand'. I'm looking forward to Tuesday when I can see how well I did on my mix & match'es! LOL!  I enjoyed dinner with Brenda & Floyd and Janene & Mark last night. No. I didn't rub it in Bill's face that I steak & lobster...lol! I was nice. He asked what I had and I told him but the only thing I really bragged about was those yummy grilled veggies. I'm looking forward to Los Rancheros tonight! It was great having dinner with Janene, Mark, and Sherri.  It was the highlight of my day.   Unfortunately the day started out very bad because Spencer had taken a turn for the worse and at 1 o'clock, I took him to be put to sleep.  It was very hard to do, but the best for him.  I couldn't bare to see him in pain any longer.  He had a rough first part of his life because he had been abused and ran the streets for a year.  I'm glad his last 6 years were with us.  He'll be missed. Today we're going out to do alittle shopping and then meeting Bill and Sherri for Mexican dinner.  We love spending time with Bill and Sherri, so we've been real fortunate this weekend to see them twice. I've been working on the Hoosiers Losers Directory so I can get it out to everyone by the end of the week.  My new job has me so busy that I can't work on it there.  If you haven't gotten me your additions/updates, please do so by Wednesday. Good Mornin' my Posse! I had such a BLAST yesterday!!!!!! I LOVE meeting up with Floyd, Brenda, and Sherri! YESSSSSSSS Sherri, those grilled veggies were WONDERFUL! Can't wait to do it again! Maybe can make it to the Paragon but definately gonna make it when I have my doc appt. April 2! Mark is so anxious to have that buffalo meat! LOL After we left the restaurant we went to see Angie.  SHE LOOKS GREAT!  she is down 89 pounds in a month and she is up and walking...yeeeeeeeeehaaaaaw            It was wonderful to meet her and hug her neck!. She is gonna be leaving to go back home to Missouri on Tuesday. She says hello to y'all and she will be back online as soon as she can manage it when she gets home! Floyd and Brenda so sorry about Spencer....  He was blessed to have a wonderful life with y'all. Today is gonna be a lazy day for me...Mark and I have had a "I LOVE YOU"  mornin' and now getting around and fixin to head to the grocery store and get some munchies in before the race!  It's Sunday...race day.  Y'all have smiley days and rowdy nights! hugggggggggs Janene     

Good Morning All, I am watch movies all day.My best friend & hubby are in from Springfield, MO. So I look forward in seeing them this. I go see Dr. Huse in the morning, 1st I'll Go to the B.C. at St'V. If anone who's that someone is having surgery, I would more happy to stop in. I hope everyone going to dinner has a good time. I Met Linda, on Thursday with Sherri & Bill, we a nice visit and we did eat but for me just hangin out with my OH family is fun, supporive and just sharing stories is the beat. to Linda it was so nice to meet you, I am sure you will be poping up  at more OH events. Love ya  My heart goes out to Floyd & Brenda , I know Spencer was very loved.
