will I ever quit Falling
Gail, hon you be careful!!! Have you had your "vestibular organ" checked out??? It is in your inner ear, and will cause imbalance and dizzy spells. If you talke to your pcp, make sure to have them check for this as well. There are excercises and therapy treatments that will help strengthen this up, and they are really easy to do.....it just takes time to figure out exactly what is the cause. Take it easy hon!

Gail,
I am so sorry to hear that you have had another fall! I hope that you are doing ok and that it is nothing serious! Let me know if you need anything, OK?
I saw your post about the 3 lbs., don't let that get ya, its pretty normally to flecuate (sp) every now and then. I/we all know that you haven't been eating out and eating all of the naught stuff- IF it is the eating out, ought oh, it is OUR fault for living it up with ya on all of these OH outings, just kidding LOL!!! I only say that cause when we went to Max and Ermas you had mentioned that it was one of the first or maybe 2nd time that you had been out since surgery over a year ago! If I could only have eaten out twice, boy would Mark be a happy man! LOL!!
Hope all is well! How is the grand baby?

Oh sweetie, I am going to start saving up the bubble wrap that my online orders is wrapped up in! Have you talked with your family doctor about these falls or just Dr. Hughes? You may want to because it may have nothing to do with your wight loss surgery. Inner ear problems sounds like a really good possibility.
I too saw your post about the 3 lbs. Don't sweat that hon! We all fluctuate through-out the week..through-out the day...shoot, through-out the hour! I track my weight in Excel so I can look at it to see how much I fluctuate...I do +/-5 lbs. And that's with me doing it at the same time every day. Today, I'm 149..but last Thursday at the doctor's office..in the afternoon...with clothes on...I was 155. Tomorrow, I'm just as likely to be 145. That's just how my body operates.
You've been under some stress lately...and stress alone can add pounds. So..until you get your anxiety levels back at a good range, do yourself a favor and quit weighing yourself! That is just adding stress and that, you do not need.
Let me know who is going to pick you up Saturday, because if no one plans to, Bill & I will, ok?
huggs!
