Tuesday morning....

I knew I was forgetting someone: Annette,  I'm glad you and your husband are feeling better.  I know this flu is really taking it out of people.  My in-laws have been sick with it for about 3 weeks also.  They are just now beginning to feel better.  I thought of you a few weeks ago.  We took my in-laws to the Mayberry Cafe for my mother-in-law's birthday.  If it had been my family I'd have called you to go with us, but my in-laws are weird!  Looking forward to seeing you again Saturday.

Hi everyone,  I haven't been on here in DAYS, and finally feel well enough to email ya'll. My IBS  has really flaired up it's ugly head, plus I've had the flu. I have had to eat crackers & carbs,high protien drinks, no fruit, meat,very few veggies for weeks and the scale has shown it-grrrrrr!!!! My weight has bloomed up 10+#, my pants are tight, and my "head talk" is horrible!! I have to claim victory over my compulsive eating, not the horrible thought I'll gain it all back, plus more. The old days are gone, this surgery does work, and I am ok-  positive self talk!!  I did get to go with our small group to the Creation Muesum Sat. and Sunday was back to the for hrs.Since then its been the same thing, feeling like c&@p & depressed. I called Sherri just to have a girl cry the other day-thanks for being there Sis!!!Ok, enough whining! I have a big event coming up this weekend, (Friday & saturday)so I am going to be healthy- I'm trusting the Lord. Sherri & Jodi,   You both are my heros- God is equipting you with His power & grace to get through all of this!!! Jodi, I am a phone call away, and would be happy to come keep you company as you go thru your treatments, if you want- just call me!!!! Sherri, I am glad you are taking control of your health and needs- you rock!!!! Annette, Hope you are feeling better gal! Heres a (((((((((((hug)))))))))))) for you! Gail, Girl, just take care of yourself and do ask if it is an inner ear or balance problem- mine was and they did send me to therepy, which does work.(((((((((big huggies to you))))))))))))) Linda, I am thinking of you and Mikey, and sending prayers up for you all. You are such a loving person,Mom, and advocate for him. I know things will work out- keep doing what you think is best!
