Prenatal vitamins?
In the beginning I was prescribed a (non-chewable) pre-natal vitamin by the Clarian Bariatric Center. I then switched to an OTC pre-natal vitamin that I purchased at WalMart. Just read your labels and make sure you are getting a good balance of vitamins and minerals.

I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
I take a prenatal prescribed by my NUT at the Clarian Bariatric Center. If you get it from Walmart they only cost $4. I only have to take one at night before bed and they are about as big as a Tylenol capsul. They go down easy and I've had no problems. I couldn't STAND the chewable Flinstone complete for some reason.

I couldn't do the flinstones either or any other chewables I've tried. I switched to LIquid Centrum which I found out that doesn't have Selenium atleast and so it's not complete. I switched to the Equate Multivitamins that is comparable to Centrum now and theyre bigger pills but MOST time time I tolerate them.
I take the OTC One Source prenatal vitamins, which you can get from Wal-Mart. They aren't as big as some are, and they are easy to take and tolerate. They don't have the harsh iron flavor that most do. They also have 50% more calcium than other prenatal vitamins do as well. Hope this helps.
At Goal! 165 pounds gone forever! Thank you Lord!
