SAY A PRAYER, I GET APPROVED

HELLO.  PLEASE SAY A PRAYER THAT I GET APPROVED.   My doctors office called me today and said my BMI was 38.2 and she wasn't sure I would get approved since I DO NOT have diabetes, asthma, or sleep apnea. I do have high cholesterol, high triglycerides, GERD, depression, possible hypertension, and Degenerative Joint Disease. 

I was so excited about this until she called. :(  Has anyone had Anthem Blue Preferred thru UPS and been approved? Please Pray, I"m tired of being Overweight. I want to get healthy for my two little kids. Thanks  Jamie
