bad news / good news

colleen has been sending my file to the wrong address / my insurance co started my case over the phone yesterday, colleen is mailing my file to the proper address today and the insurance lady assured me that i will have an answer by 3/14. finally, i am making progress.

That stinks. my friend had that happen to her and warned me about that and told me I should make sure to follow up with my insurance company to make sure they are receiving it. I got lucky that they started the process, and actually completed the whole thing, over the phone. No mailing or faxing anything. I think it was the easiest process I had ever heard of. I would f/u with them if you haven't heard anything by the 14th. Good luck!
