Hello Dawn, I just copied these,  a few sound very easy and good.  I just went and saw Dr. E on Thurs. and we talked about me getting back with the dietician.  I had gained 7 pounds back, I know why though so that is a easy fix and something I must do... EAT THE RIGHT STUFF!!!  I had to pick up a 2nd job to help me to get caught up in Aug. and have been working 7 days a week with the 2 jobs.  And yes the 2nd job is a food restarunt.  I have been trying to eat the right stuff, but only some of the time, and with the 2 jobs makes it hard for me to work out.  Well I just gave my notice to the 2nd job last night and told them I was going to quit need more time off , LOL so they said we can work with that, we will try to let you off on Sat and Sun.   I was really wanting to quit also.  I will try this but I know I am going to have to say I just can't do it any more.    Well Dawn thanks so much and sorry for going on and on , but since I haven't posted in such a long time I just wanted to fill everyone in on me.  I do try to get in every couple of weeks.  I still think about everyone. Hi Lisa, It is great seeing you/postin again! I/we missed ya! I can understand about the getting back/staying on track, I am there with ya! I love cottage cheese myself, even though it is considered a slider food. It at least helps me get my proteins in and I can do alot with it and it is inexpensive! Hope that you can enjoy the recipes! I hope that things settle down for you soon. I know that it is hard being a single mother and that you have to do what you have to - we are thinking of you and wishing you the best! Take care of yourself, though, you deserve it! Hope to see ya soon, maybe at the next clothing exchange!!??!! How's the boys? Keep us posted and keep posting, too! When you have time- LOL! Hugz Dawn

Marianne, The clothing exchange is going to be on the 5th of April on the westside! If you look on Sherris post for today, it has the address and the name of the church- also if you go back a few post- Robin has posted info on this, as she is the one who will be hosting it! I lost my position at the school in Feb. and felt that it would be best to sever all ties to them and Robin offered to host at her church. I believe the addy is 1117 Bridgeport, but recheck for sure. It is still 11-3 with a pitch-in though! Hugz Dawn
